Compensation

There are only two models. Model A — you bring the client through your documented referral: you keep 75% of the qualifying revenue and Serious Bizz receives 25%. Model B — Serious Bizz brings the client and agrees a contractor rate with you before you accept. That rate is paid in full; no additional 25% is deducted. Model A only ever applies to a clearly identified referral transaction under a signed agreement — a single referral link never means an indefinite fee on all of that client's future business.

Payment policy

Approved contractor payments are released within three business days after the agreed payment condition is satisfied and funds have cleared. Larger productions can run on milestones. Cancellations and partial work are settled under the signed agreement. We do not hide deductions, change your compensation after you accept without your agreement, or hold earned money because of an unrelated dispute. Every project keeps a statement in your dashboard.

What the agreement covers

Independent contractor terms, referral commissions, project compensation, payment deadlines, cancellation and rescheduling, scope changes, deliverables and revisions, confidentiality, client data protection, copyright and footage usage, portfolio permissions, reasonable non-circumvention, dispute resolution, termination, and payments owed after termination.

Advancement and fairness

Levels are earned from verified work: 30% production quality, 25% customer satisfaction, 20% on-time delivery, 15% professional communication and 10% reliability. Approved scope changes, unusual complexity and client-caused delays are taken into account, one negative review never removes you, and any rating can be disputed for human review. Membership never guarantees work and no one can pay to advance.
