How it works
Join free
Create your rewards profile with your existing account. Joining is free and never signs you up for a paid membership.
Book and pay
Earn 1 point for every $1 you pay on eligible services. Points show as pending while your paid session is still to come.
Complete the service
Once your service is completed your points become available, plus 50 welcome points on your first eligible completed booking.
Unlock rewards
Redeem points for studio discounts, free studio time, service credits and member benefits.
Earning rules
- 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible Serious Bizz purchases.
- 50 welcome points after your first eligible paid booking is completed.
- Points are calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and tips.
- Points show as pending once paid, and become available when the service is completed.
- Cancelled or refunded purchases do not earn points, and points are reversed on refunds.

Loyalty levels
Levels are based on eligible spending over the previous 12 months. Redeeming points never reduces your progress toward a level. Priority access is subject to availability and does not guarantee a booking, performance, collaboration, or results.

Every member gets a unique referral code and link. A new customer gets $10 off their qualifying first booking, and you earn 250 points once they complete their first paid service. One referral reward per new customer, and no points for cancelled or refunded services.
